Accounts Receivable Management
AMS will collect your Accounts Receivables as an extension of your office. You maintain control. AMS does the work.
Legal Collections
AMS will sue on your behalf and pay all the court costs and attorney fees. There is never any out of pocket costs to our clients.
Checks
AMS collects on all forms of NSF checks. With all of our check services, we never take money from you, the client. The writer of the check pays all fees.
Credit Reporting
AMS will report any debtor to the credit bureau as provided by law.
Skip tracing
AMS will utilize the debtor’s credit and history information as well as various other skip tracing tools to track down your debtor.
Delinquent Account Recovery
AMS will collect your non-paying accounts.
AMS is your full Service Debt Collection Agency. We have no up front fees or sign up charges for our Southern Utah Collection Agency Services. We only receive a fee if we are able to collect money on the account/s you place for collection. If we do not collect, we will not charge a fee for our service.
